This page explains what information bowiehomes.us collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. “We” means Bruno Tarquinii, REALTOR®, with Fairfax Realty Premier, an independently owned and operated brokerage.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill out a form on this site or on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect what you enter. That’s usually your name, email, phone number, and, depending on the form, a property address, your move or report date, your budget, or what you’re looking for.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data when you visit: pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel).
Home search accounts. Listing search on this site is provided by Buying Buddy. If you register to save homes or get listing alerts, Buying Buddy stores your account details and saved searches, and shares them with us so we can help you.
How we use it
- To send what you asked for, like a Sale Plan, a move plan, home value information, or listing alerts
- To call, text, or email you about your real estate questions
- To understand which pages and ads are useful, and to show our ads to people more likely to want them
- To keep records our brokerage and Maryland real estate rules require
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that Bruno may call or text you about real estate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of working with us.
We don’t sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Fairfax Realty Premier, our brokerage
- Service providers that run our tools: our CRM and messaging system (LeadConnector), Buying Buddy for home search, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, and our website host
- People you ask us to connect you with, like a lender, inspector, or another agent
- Anyone we’re legally required to share it with
Cookies and ad choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also limit ad personalization in your Google ad settings and your Facebook ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can stop emails or texts at any time. Call or text (240) 418-3809, or email mdexpertrealty@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records when the law or our brokerage requires it.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or system is perfectly secure. We keep your information while we’re helping you and for as long as needed afterward for our records, legal requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
